Come here maybe once every two weeks, and the food has always been good. Had a small issue with my order recently, and the team was more than willing and helpful in remaking my order! It was quick and such good service, not mention they gave me complimentary fresh fries, which I thought was so nice!

Nice place and overall good experience. Ordering by kiosk when you walk in is fast and convenient. You enter in a phone number and receive text messages updating your order status. The staff brings out the food to you. The wait was short and the food was hot. The order was accurate. Over all on the pricey side in my opinion, but the burgers, fries and shakes taste great and are high quality. I recommend stopping in if you are in the area

Shake Shack Springfield has very professional staff members and the store is very clean. Theres plenty of seat to eat inside,even when it's busy with customers.

Best burger in town! Great fries too, and love the organic iced tea. Staff is soooo very friendly, helpful and kind. I really appreciate the manager, Austin - went out of his way to provide excellent service. I'll be back - for the great food AND the kind staff. Thank you!
